return/exchange.

taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment
methods.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5. Orders & Order Processing
• Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

• We reserve the right to delay shipping if a product does not pass our
quality check. Customers will be informed accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, courier partners, duties, taxes, and delivery conditions are
governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Domestic orders typically ship within 48–72 working hours.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs,
weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Missing item claims require a complete unboxing video as per policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all return-related matters.
Important highlights:
• We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of
verified damage.
• Damage claims must be submitted within 8 hours of delivery with a clear
unboxing video.
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For eligible cases, return pickup is available only within India and only for
serviceable pincodes.

8. Re-Polishing & After-Sales Services
• We offer free re-polishing and services for up to 1 year from the date of
purchase.
• After 1 year, services are chargeable based on material and labor costs.
• Customers must ship the product to us for servicing; return shipping will
be handled by us after repairs.

9. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website—including images, designs, text, logos, and
product photos—is the exclusive property of HOUSE OF RJ .
• Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly
prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

courier partners, customs checks, or mishandling after delivery.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or
maintenance of jewellery.
